It is often hard to generate mutual knowledge and then retain it within a business. More often than not, employees are not sharing their knowledge efficiently. This forces them to spend resources on recreating the already existing knowledge base over and over. In addition much knowledge is lost when an employee resigns.
The reason for all this is that it is troublesome and sometimes almost impossible to see though all of the different informational connections within an organization.
- Is this good enough?*?
If we look at a given document within a file hierarchy, this does not give us any indication of the connection between that particular document and the world around it. We do not know who has used it, or to what effect it has been used, for instance.
- It can be done so much better!
Using InfoPro 2i, you can interrelate information. This turns former problems into new possibilities. You can now access the following information on a given document:
- which businesses it has been sent to
- which att. persons it has been sent to
- which projects the document is part of
- what other documents it refers to
- which emails have been attached to it
- what comments have been given on it
