Mail merging
Mail merging is easily done with InfoPro 2i, using the existing info on people and organizations.
Multiple recipient letters or emails for individuals or organizations are easily sent by using the names and addresses that have been entered into InfoPro. Mail merge information, such as who received what and at which time, is also archived in InfoPro.
It is easy for users to mail merge due to the possibility of creating and utilizing existing lists such as address lists. A number of predefined templates come with InfoPro, and an unlimited number of new ones can easily be created and adapted to the needs of any company. This way work time is used more efficiently, and uniform communication is ensured both internally and externally.
